These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") govern your access to and use of the 77fe platform, operated at 77fe.cam (hereinafter referred to as "77fe", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). 77fe is an online betting and gaming information platform serving adult users across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and 77fe. By accessing, browsing or using any part of this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

Where these Terms are updated, your continued use of the Platform following the publication of a revised version shall constitute your binding acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes took effect.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 77fe, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction — at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your Account remains active.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, or in breach of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or any other voluntary or mandatory restriction that would preclude your participation in online gambling activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended or terminated by 77fe for a breach of these Terms or any related policy.

77fe reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage, including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at its sole discretion. Acceptable documents for Pakistani users typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or B-Form where applicable. 77fe does not accept altered, falsified or expired documents.

To access the full features of the Platform, you are required to register a personal Account by providing accurate, complete and current information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

The following conditions apply to your Account:

• One Account Rule: Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other login credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify 77fe immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 77fe will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to any third party.

77fe reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend or close any existing Account at its discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the information provided during registration is inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 77fe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works of any Content on the Platform without express prior written consent from 77fe;
• Use any automated system, including but not limited to robots, scrapers or data-mining tools, to access or interact with the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application;
• Access Platform features or data through means other than the interface provided by 77fe;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable or impair the Platform's infrastructure or the experience of other Users.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 77fe makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available and functional at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including network outages, server failures or force majeure events — may result in temporary unavailability.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in accordance with the payment procedures published in the Platform's cashier section, as updated from time to time. The following general terms apply:

• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which are published in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Currency: Where transactions are referenced in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs), the applicable exchange rates, if any, are determined by the Platform at the time of transaction.
• Payment Methods: The Platform supports a range of payment methods familiar to Pakistani users for reference purposes. The availability of specific payment methods, including digital wallets and local bank transfers, is subject to change without notice. From time to time, 77fe may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers and other incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. 77fe reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, game contributions and expiry periods are published in the specific offer terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless the applicable terms expressly permit this.
• Any User found to be abusing a bonus — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured deposits, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their Account reviewed for potential closure.
• 77fe reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to compliance with applicable regulations.

77fe is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Users seriously. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be viewed as a source of income, a way to recover losses, or a coping mechanism for personal difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools and policies are available on the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period, after which betting activity will be suspended for that period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session durations, after which they will be automatically logged out.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage, including during registration or KYC processes;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or operating an account on behalf of a third party;
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;

• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Using the Platform to transmit unsolicited communications, malware or any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene or harmful;
• Abusing bonuses, promotions or referral programmes in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software — is the exclusive property of 77fe or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trade mark and database rights.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your use of the Platform. No Content may be reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, modified, adapted, displayed or exploited in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of 77fe.

The 77fe name, logo and all associated trade marks, service marks and trade names are the exclusive property of 77fe. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77fe, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform;
• Any errors, omissions, inaccuracies or interruptions in the Content;
• Any loss of funds, winnings, data or profits arising from your use of the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any technical failures, system downtime or security breaches affecting the Platform;
• Your reliance on any information provided on the Platform for decision-making purposes.

The Platform is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. 77fe does not guarantee any particular outcome, return or result from any wagering activity. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and you participate entirely at your own risk.

77fe reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your Account and your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any related policy;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Court order, regulatory requirement or law enforcement instruction;
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in the Platform's Dormant Account Policy;
• Our decision to withdraw the Platform from a particular market or jurisdiction.

You may also close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any eligible balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the Platform's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to applicable verification requirements and any outstanding wagering obligations.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — shall continue to apply following any termination of your Account or use of the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77fe is incorporated and operates its licensing arrangements.

Pakistani users are specifically reminded that online gambling is subject to Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. 77fe does not represent or warrant that the use of this Platform is lawful in Pakistan or in any other specific jurisdiction. The application of any governing law provision does not override your obligations to comply with local law in your country of residence.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be referred first to good-faith negotiation between the parties. Where resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the governing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

77fe reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by regulatory update — may be made without specific notice beyond updating the "Last Updated" date on this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.
